Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research papers that are not currently under review by any other conference or journal. All submissions must clearly demonstrate technical quality, originality, and relevance to the themes and tracks of the International Conference on Sustainable and Intelligent Systems (SIS).
Manuscript Preparation
– Papers must be written in English and formatted according to the IEEE double-column conference proceedings format.
– The maximum length is 6 pages, including figures, tables, and references.
– Authors must use the official IEEE conference templates, available at: https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html
– Submissions that do not comply with the formatting and length requirements may be rejected without review.
Paper Submission
– All papers must be submitted electronically through the conference submission system: (https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/SIS2026)
– Authors should select the most relevant conference track during submission.
– Each submission will undergo a peer-review process based on originality, technical merit, clarity, and relevance.
Review and Publication
– Accepted papers must be revised in accordance with reviewers’ comments.
– At least one author of each accepted paper is required to register for the conference and present the paper.
– Only papers that are both registered and presented will be included in the official conference proceedings.
– Accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion in the conference proceedings and for indexing in Scopus and Web of Science (WoS) databases, subject to meeting quality and scope requirements.
