All participants are required to register to attend the International Conference on Sustainable and Intelligent Systems (SIS 2026). Registration provides access to all technical sessions, keynote talks, panel discussions, conference materials, and social events organized during the conference.
At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference and present the paper during the conference sessions. Papers without a registered and presenting author will not be included in the conference program or proceedings.

Accompanying Persons:
Accompanying persons are welcome to attend the conference social activities and sessions. They benefit from a 30% discounted registration fee compared to the corresponding standard participant category.
Second Paper Registration:
Authors presenting more than one accepted paper are eligible for a 40% discounted fee for the second paper. This discount applies only to additional papers registered by the same presenting author.
Supplementary Pages:
Papers exceeding the standard length of 6 pages will incur an additional charge of 50 € per extra page.

All other expenses, including travel, accommodation, visa fees, and personal expenses, are the responsibility of the participants.
