Paper Submission and Publication
– Submitted papers must present original, unpublished work and follow the IEEE conference formatting guidelines.
– All submissions will undergo a peer-review process.
– Accepted papers must be presented at the conference by at least one registered author.
– Accepted and presented papers will be included in the conference proceedings and submitted for inclusion in Scopus and Web of Science (WoS), subject to meeting quality and scope.

Conference Venue
The first edition of SIS will be held at the Higher National School of Renewable Energies, Environment and Sustainable Development (HNS RE2SD) in Batna, Algeria, on November 11–12, 2026.
